Kenny Chesney Discusses "Gay Rumour" In Playboy Interview.

Has enough been written about Kenny Chesney's music, wealth and life already? I think not. A rumour started about him being gay. After his marriage to actress Renee Zellweger was annulled, the rumour spread more and more. For the annullment to be valid, legal documents had to be submitted claiming his physical and mental abuse and other things that weren't true. Chesney said, "The best thing we could put in there was fraud." So he said, "Okay, do it, whatever." He said he was very angry to what was being said about him. "What guy who loves girls wouldn't be angry about that?" asks Chesney. He also states what he believes. He believes that people need to live their lives the way they want to. In other words, he believes that everyone should be happy no matter who they are with. To prove that Kenny Chesney is not gay he says, "I've got a line of girls who could testify that I'm not gay, I love girls, my first five years on the road was intense because I was the guy in college who never got laid until I started playing the guitar." The interview is in the March issue of Playboy that comes out Today, Friday, February 13, 2009.
